Account Deletion Request:
1.1. Users may request the deletion of their account on the GAMER Mobile Application by contacting the App’s Operator or utilizing the account deletion feature on the App.
1.2. The Operator will process the account deletion request within a reasonable timeframe.
Consequences of Account Deletion:
2.1. Upon the deletion of a User’s account, all personal information and data associated with the account will be permanently removed from the App’s database.
2.2. Deletion of the account will result in the loss of access to all account-related features, including participation in online tournaments, tournament history, and any associated records.
Termination by the Operator:
3.1. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account or access to the App at any time without prior notice, in case of violation of the App’s Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.
3.2. In the event of account termination by the Operator, the User’s account and associated data will be permanently deleted from the App’s database.
User Responsibility:
4.1. Users are solely responsible for managing their accounts and deciding whether to request account deletion or continue using the App.
4.2. Users understand that requesting the deletion of their account is irreversible, and once the deletion process is completed, their account and associated data cannot be recovered.
Retention of Information:
5.1. The Operator may retain certain information related to a deleted account for legitimate business purposes, such as record-keeping, legal obligations, or prevention of fraud or abuse.
5.2. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with the Operator’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
Modifications to the Policy:
6.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify or update this Account Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Users are encouraged to review the Account Cancellation Policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
