Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our GAMER Mobile Application (“App”) for participating in online tournaments. These Terms constitute a legal agreement

between you (“User”) and the App’s operator or owner (“Operator”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

Eligibility and Registration:

1.1. Users must be at least 14 years old or have the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to use the App. If you are under the required age, parental consent is necessary.

1.2. Users must register an account on the App and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under their account.

App Usage:

2.1. The App provides a platform for Users to participate in online gaming tournaments.

2.2. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

2.3. Users must not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

2.4. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or interfere with its operation or security.

2-6 In GAMER we take security very seriously on the one hand, your information is encrypted to guarantee that they will never fall into the wrong hand.

Tournament Participation:

3.1. Users may participate in online tournaments available on GAMER App. according to the rules and guidelines established by the Operator.

3.2. Users are responsible for their own actions during the tournaments and must adhere to fair play and sportsmanship principles.

3.3. Users must not engage in cheating, hacking, or any other unfair practices that may compromise the integrity of the tournaments.

3.4. Users must follow the instructions provided by the App and the Operator regarding tournament schedules, rules, and prize distribution.

Intellectual Property:

4.1. The App and its content, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by the Operator.

4.2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the express written consent of the Operator.

Payments and Prizes:

5.1. Users may be required to pay entry fees or make other payments to participate in certain tournaments. Such fees and payments terms will be clearly stated on the App.

5.2. The Operator reserves the right to modify the entry fees or prize structure at any time, with reasonable notice provided to the Users.

5.3. Prize distribution will be carried out as per the rules established by the Operator. Users must comply with any applicable tax laws and regulations regarding prize winnings.

Limitation of Liability:

6.1. The Operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or participation in the tournaments.

6.2. The Operator does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or its content, including tournament schedules and results.

Termination:

7.1. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account or access to the App at any time without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

7.2. Users may terminate their account by contacting the Operator or using the account deletion feature, if available, on the App.

Miscellaneous:

8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.

8.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

8.3. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
